Job Position: Relationship Development Liaison

Job Location: Working Remotely and traveling in your geographical area; Bronx, Westchester County and Rockland County locations.

Job Type: Part-Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, flexible with days; 20 hours per week)

Job Description:

  • Identify key healthcare providers at healthcare organizations to establish and foster relationships
  • Maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with healthcare providers to explain services to guide their choices
  • Understand the problems and challenges of healthcare providers and identify ways the business could better address those needs
  • Provide excellent communication and satisfaction to maintain a positive reputation for the business
  • Help resolve any healthcare provider complaints promptly and professionally
  • Track engagement activities in CRM database
  • Facilitate introductions and communications between clinic staff and healthcare providers

Relationship Development Liaison Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or clinical role
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn relationship management best practices
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
  • Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude
  • MUST reside in New York State
